This collection includes around 3511 high quality unique Database Application icons that are designed specifically for Software Developers, Web Developers and Professionals Programmers. Please Note: These database icons are designed based on the "Vista" style but the icon collection can be used for Vista, XP, Mac, Linux or even Pocket PC based Applications. That is, these icons can be used for any software irrespective of their platform of use or the platforms they are developed under because we provide them in 5 different file formats out of which, PNG and JPG icon file formats are compatible by almost any Operating System or Software. I am not sure if these icons are for XP or Vista?
The Icons can be used for any platform. The only requirement is that they need to support atleast 256 colors or higher.

What happens after I make an order for the Database Icons Collection?
Once your order is approved, an email will be sent to you containing the status of your Icon Download links. You can access these links in your My Account page.
How many zip files will I recieve?
To facilitate our customers with a better download experience, we have split the Icon Package files into multiple ZIP files categorized by the File format type.
These ZIP file contains the Icon or Icon Package in
- Regular Format - The default regular looking icon
- Disabled Format - Greyed-Out Light version to represent "Disabled" or Inactive State.
- Hot format - Slightly Saturated in color to represent Roll-over images if needed.
Icon Sizes includes
- 16x16 | 24x24 | 32x32 | 48x48 | 72x72 | 128x128 | 256x256
- Please note sizes 72x72,128x128, 256x256 has been excluded for 256 color file format versions, that is GIF and BMP Magenta.
Why are there multiple ZIP Files for One Icon Collection Package?
Our collections span from a few Megabytes to maybe 2 or 3 or 5 Gigabytes in size. This is caused due to all the various file formats that are included in each package, and also the various Multiple variations that could stand for different metaphors like Add, Delete, Secure, etc for any particular icon.
Downloading the required file type one by one eliminates (to an extent) the need to download a big ZIP file several times if your connection shuts down on you either from the our Hosting Server or from your ISP internet provider.
