What do I have to have before I place an order?
We recommend you have all the write up documents and information made ready before you place an order. This would help us give the best esimate for you. Here are the list of things you would need to have for each service.
Details required for an Icon Design Order:
List of icons you need to be designed, along with a description of what it would stand for. For Example: Execute Icon: Used to Execute operations between User accounts, so something like a User with a red bubble would be perfect.
We can help you with the ideas but it is always recommended that you help us understand the use of the icon.
Style of icon you need. XP, Vista or Mac Style?
What are the sizes required for the final designs?
File formats you would need?
Details required for a Logo Design Order:
Name of Company/ Software / Application
Slogan or Catch Phrase
Type of Logo – Iconic + Text based, Text Based Only, 3D image + Text Based
Color Preference, Number of Colors, No Preference
A brief about your company/ logo
Any ideas or concepts you have in mind for the new logo design?
Any concepts or designs that you have seen on ArtistsValley.com or any other site that caught your eye, or trying to accomplish the same theme or look?

Design Results and Updates
We proceed in phases so as to make sure we are on the right track. Here is a brief description of the phases.
Phase 1: Discussion with our clients regarding the above questionaire.
Phase 2: Design of Sample Drafts followed by changes and feedback if any.
Phase 3: Design of Colored Sample Drafts followed by changes and feedback if any.
Phase 4: Sample Final Design, followed by final Changes and Color revisions or variations.
Phase 5: Project Sign Out
If the client isn’t satisfied by Phase 2 or 3, then redesigns or a refund request can be made.
