| I tried contacting ArtistsValley but did not get any response? |
Please note that we respond to custom queries within 24 Hours. Please do check your spam filter and settings to make sure our mails have not been addressed as SPAM.
If we do experience technical errors from our side, we will surely display it on our website or contact information page, in all other cases, we request our clients to be patient and please try again. | How soon can I expect a designer to contact me once my order is placed? |
We recommend our customers to send an email before placing an order to see if our schedules and your deadline can move forward as per your expectations.
Under normal cases, when an order is placed, our Project manager will contact you via email or phone to discuss the deadline, and schedules. Our designer will be contacting you as per the discussions done.
Please note that we respond to emails with 24 hours. We also advice our customers to check their spam filters and settings to make sure that they have recieved all emails from our side.

| Why doesn't the ArtistsValley website display correctly on my computer? |
| Our website has been designed for monitors that are 1024x768 compatible or above. This means that the monitor needs to support a resolution of width atleast 1024 pixels. For monitors lesser than this resolution, there will be a horizontal scroll bar at the bottom of their explorer window. The users will have to scroll to the right to see the right side panel listings of the website.
Our website has been tested on Internet Explorer, Opera, Firefox and Safari. If any issues arise of the website to appear broken in any other browsers other than the above, please contact us. We appreciate the feedback and will resolve it soon. |
