| Are there any specific styles that ArtistsValley specializes in? |
No. ArtistsValley does designs in Vista style, XP style and Mac Style. We are open to designing professional custom icons based on any custom style based on the requirements from our customers. Certain clients may need icons that would match their Software or Website or Web Application Interface or even look for a new style,and our designers are equally skilled in to provide our customers the style they desire.

| Do you follow standard Design Guidelines? |
Yes. We follow the Microsoft Vista Icons Guidelines for professional Vista Icons,the Microsoft XP Guidelines for professional XP icons and Apple Human Interface Guidelines for Mac style icons.
We do believe that adding our own styles to colors, and perspectives has kept us apart from other icon designs out there, and thus gives our icons the professional look that you need. We make sure that the colors and perspective remain consistent to your application or previous icon libraries or even better. |

| What is the difference between a Custom Professional Icon and a Custom Application Icon? |
| A custom Professional Icon is an icon to represent a specific task or operation in an application or website interface. For Example, a custom icon can be designed to represent Open Document, or Print Work Sheet, or Draw Line, or Edit User Information. When an order is made, customers are given only 1 concept design as per their requirements or specifications.
A custom Application Icon is an icon that would stand for the entire application or software. It is however different from a logo order, because we do not include any text or high resolution sizes in the final deliverables. When an order is placed, Customers are given 2 or 3 concepts for one particular design based on their requirements. As per our design process, concept designs would be sent one by one, after critiques are made for the prior design.

| How do I make multiple Icon orders? |
| If you would like to place multiple Icon Design order less than a number of 5, you can visit our Professional Icon Design page and click on Add to cart for the package you require. When you are taken to our Shopping Cart, please update the Quantity field for the number of orders you would need.

| Does ArtistsValley offer Stock Icon Packages? |
| Yes. Please visit our Professional Vista Software Icons Page for more information.
The Professional Vista Software Icons is the first among many Professional Stock Icon packages. Collections would include Web Directory Vista/XP icons, Application Suite Vista/XP Icons, Network and Security Suite Vista/XP style and much more.
We advice our customers to frequently visit our sites for updates.

| What are the icon formats and sizes that you provide? |
| We provide Icon designs in the formats Magenta Colored BMPs, JPG, ICO, PNG, and GIF.
The sizes we provide for custom icon design are 16x16, 24x24, 32x32, 48x48, 72x72, 128x128, 256x256.
The sizes for Application Icon Order would be 16x16, 24x24, 32x32 and 48x48. We provide 256x256 as an additional size also with no extra charges.

| Do you provide icons that are not of the above mentioned sizes? |
| Yes. We understand that certain customers may need designs at sizes 12x12 or 20x20 or even 32x64 pixels. We can provide designs of custom dimensions too. Although these formats would be avaible only in BMP, JPG, PNG and GIF formats.

| Why does the 16x16 images look slightly different than other sizes? |
| This is true. We do this because they are re-drawn at these sizes to ensure they are visible and optimised at 16x16 pixels. Once our designs are finalized, we would email our customers regarding this, and based on thier decision, we can provide either 3D looking or Flat looking 16x16 icons.

| Do I get a discount for icon orders less than 5 ? |
| We offer the best rates in Professional Custom Icon design. Unfortunately we do not offer any discounts on orders less than a number of 5.
