| How long does the design process take? |
| On an ideal case, a Logo design process can take anywhere from a day to 2 days. We try to make the process as invisible as possible so as to minimize the delays from our side. The time may vary due to unpredictable delays in emails or communications, or changes and variations.

| Are your logos vector or raster based? |
| We design using Photoshop, but the designs will be purely vector based and scalable.

| What do I have to have to get the Logo Design Order Started? |
We recommend you have the following write-up documents ready, so as to help us better understand what company or software product you deal with and need a logo for.
Please do keep in mind, that we are a design firm and your field of specialization may be totally strange to us that requiring information based on the below content would be mandatory for any design to be completed sucessfully.

| Will I be updated on the design progress? |
We proceed in phases so as to make sure we are on the right track. Here is a brief description of the phases.
Phase 1: Discussion with our clients
Phase 2: Design of Sample Drafts followed by changes and feedback if any.
Phase 3: Design of Colored Sample Drafts followed by changes and feedback if any.
Phase 4: Sample Final Design, followed by final Changes and Color revisions or variations.
Phase 5: Project Sign Out
If the client isn’t satisfied by Phase 2 or 3, then redesigns or a refund request can be made.

| What if I don't like the samples or the drafts sent to me? |
| We undergo a design strategy that would help us understand what our customer need. However, if by any chance, our customer doesn’t like what we deliver, they will be offered a redesign, or a refund based on the terms and conditions.

| What are the file formats of the final design deliverables? |
| Formats for Logo design would include: PSD source file, JPG, PNG transparent and EPS format. Sizes of these formats can be specified any time during the project.

| Would ArtistsValley have any rights over the logo once its finished? |
| You would own 100% rights for your logo. We would generally ask your permission at the time of completion of project, if your Company Name and works can be displayed on our Website, ArtistsValley.com for promotional purposes.
