We undergo a design strategy that would help us understand what our customer need. However, if by any chance, our customer doesn’t like what we deliver, they will be offered a redesign, or a refund based on the terms and conditions.
What are the file formats of the final design deliverables?
Formats for Logo design would include: PSD source file, JPG, PNG transparent and EPS format. Sizes of these formats can be specified any time during the project.
